  ART convert!

  I trained in Basic ART Oct 24, 2021 and have already done 14 sessions! I cannot wait to get to 30 so I can attend advanced. I am an EMDRIA Approved consultant and has found ART to be more quickly transformative. I still do (and train in) EMDR. I think some people process more “free association” style (thus good for EMDR) and others like the structure and directedness of ART.
