Hi, I’m Corrin! If you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck, or stretched too thin trying to hold everything together, you’re not alone – and you don’t have to do it by yourself anymore. I help women, teens, and college students slow down, breathe again, and find balance and peace in their everyday lives.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and easy to connect with. You won’t feel judged or “analyzed” – just supported and understood. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you manage anxiety, overthinking, and trauma in practical, healing ways. For clients who wish, I also offer faith-based therapy that weaves spirituality and emotional growth together.
Many of my clients are women balancing careers, families, and expectations while trying to feel like themselves again. Others are college students, young adults and teens learning how to handle anxiety, self-doubt, and relationships in a world that feels overwhelming. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, strengthen your confidence, and build skills to help you feel more grounded and at peace.
