My registered social work career spans 29 years with 17 years specifically as a clinical mental health trauma specialist (CPTSD and PTSD). Other clinical services I offer include treatment of depressive and anxiety disorders, grief, phobias, OCD, separation and divorce, childhood abuses (sexual, physical and emotional), bullying, and couples counselling, etc. I provide virtual counselling, consulting and training services province wide in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, and DBT and informed approaches using ACT, EFT, CBT, sensorymotor psychotherapy and CPT.
